If a customer searches for your services right now, what do they see?

My Google Profile shows up top with recent photos and reviews. I have a profile but haven't updated it in months. I’m not sure or the information might be wrong. I don't show up at all.

How would you describe your current website’s performance?

Conversion engine that brings leads weekly. Looks fine but rarely generates inquiries. Outdated or hard to use on mobile. I don’t have a website.

A customer checks your Facebook or Instagram page. What do they see?

Professional, current, and active. Somewhat confusing or outdated. Dusty or inactive. No business page.

How do you currently handle email marketing?

Automated follow‑ups and reminders. Occasional newsletters. I never email my list. I don’t collect emails.

What happens when someone calls and you can’t answer?

Automatic text‑back. Voicemail and manual callback. I’m not sure.

Is your contact info consistent across platforms?

Perfectly aligned. Mostly consistent. Not really.

What’s your biggest frustration right now?

Overwhelmed by options. Tools aren’t generating leads. No time to manage it. I want a system that runs itself.
